Arthur Whitenor aged about 40 of near Goshen is in the Oriental Hotel awaiting trial for the murder of Nay Anthony aged about 38. Preliminary trial set for 1 pm Tuesday before Justice White Walker. Whitenor, who surrendered Sunday, employed as Frost farm manager, and Anthony, a hired hand, quarreled on a hay wagon with a pitch fork used to strike. Anthony died Friday morning and was buried Sunday at Goshen. he left a wife and six children.
