New Castle Indiana reports Frank Dare foreman of the dynamite conspiracy jury has left for Florida to recuperate after health declined from worry over a threatening letter and confinement in the jury room. Wealthy Texan Held for Ransom

Rovert Mc Cart a 30 year old Fort Worth son of a wealthy citizen was captured and held for fifteen thousand dollars ransom in Durango Mexico. His father wired to the Mexican government asking for immediate release. Two other Americans are reported to have been captured by the same rebel band.

Funeral of Senator Davis in Little Rock

Ten thousand people crowded Mt Holly cemetery as Senator Jeff Davis was interred after a procession from Fifteenth and Broadway to First Baptist Church. Rev Ben Cox and Dr Bowers led services with a salute from four pages of the Senate. Judge Jeptha Evans delivered the eulogy. Prominent out of town visitors attended and hotel lobbies buzzed with politicians discussing the burial day.

Signatures Sought to Bond Dynamiters in Indianapolis

G. J. EB McClory of the iron workers executive board went to Leavenworth to obtain signatures of thirty two dynamiters for release on bonds under a Court of Appeals order. Assurances of support from across the country have been received. Signature bearing prisoners will be forwarded to their home cities for additional signatures immediately.
