Baron Harding Wounded by Bomb in Indian Capital

Baron Charles Harding viceroy of India was wounded in the shoulder when a bomb struck the Howdah Regal elephant as he and Lady Harding entered Delhi. Frank Hickey Receives Life Sentence in New York Case

In Buffalo on December 23 J Frank Hickey, accused of killing Josephs and other youths, was sentenced to not less than twenty years nor more than his natural life in the penitentiary. Justice Brown spared him the electric chair citing alleged mental imbalance and ordered transfer to Auburn Prison.
