New University Appointments At Arkansas Facul ty

The University of Arkansas announces new faculty appointments for 1914. Harry Strauss becomes Latin and Greek professor after Chicago and Kentucky posts. W R Wheelock named head of extension in the College of Agriculture, a University of Ohio graduate with extensive extension and farm management experience. W L Fowler joins the Animal Husbandry department from Missouri, a University of Missouri graduate with five years in the department. McArthur, Idaho A and M graduate, is named assistant in animal pathology. M comes from the University of Idaho, long connected there. L Osborn, Iowa State honor graduate, named assistant in agronomy. Walter Fields of Idaho named new assistant in Plant Pathology, Amour also Idaho graduate to assist in Horticulture, Seymour brings fruit-experience from Idaho, Washington, and California.
