Miss Edna Jackson died at City Hospital after two operations. The remains were interred at Cane Hill this afternoon. She was about forty, raised in Fayetteville, and later lived with her parents Mr and Mrs H J Jackson. She was a niece of Mr D E Jackson and regarded as a splendid woman with Christian fortitude.
