White Plains Aug 13 Harry K Thaw was ordered returned to Matteawan as an insane man after Justice Isaac N Mills denied his release petition. The voluminous ruling reviews three weeks of testimony and declares Thaw suffers chronic delusive paranoia continuing since his 1906 Stanford White killing.
