Boodling Case Set for Trial in Perry County Court
In Arkansas Senator A T Gross of Crawford county faces a boodling charge and perjury allegations linked to the 1905 state capitol appropriation bill. Prosecutor Rhoton announced the case will be heard in Perry county circuit court next Friday. Former Senator F O Butt remains indicted but has no date yet. Also reported a veteran Civil War veteran Henry Rutz died at 87 leaving a large family.
