Washington August 1 a conference of the bankers of the New York Chicago and St Louis Clearing Associations to be held Monday called by Secretary McAdoo to protect financial interests of the country due to the European crisis. Amb Herrick advised that this country is ready to offer good offices in assisting departure of German representatives to France.
