Cedar Falls Iowa June 17 Marygaret Beber seventeen daughter of Peter Beber died after ten hours of agony from burns while attempting to start a kitchen fire with wood alcohol. She soaked two cobs in the alcohol and lit them with a match while holding the bottle in her left hand. Flames enveloped her and she perished. In Dubuque a four year old shorthorn cow on Will iam Nolan’s farm gave birth to triplets all heifers weighing 120 pounds total with minimal difference. The three are healthy and similarly marked. John Montgomery father of Mrs J B Moore who was murdered June 8 offered a 260 additional reward. Mrs Moore has over 250 and Joseph Stillinger father of the murdered girls offers 500 for the capture and conviction of the killer.
