Des Moines Feb 21 The supreme court reversed a lower ruling and held the parole board valid in Ware’s case releasing LeRoy Ware, Seymour banker, from Fort Madison under his parole. Ware had been indicted 22 times for false entries embezzlement and banking fraud, but plea terms with immunity allowed his release.
