Wabbard Meat & Produce Co plans a four unit two story cement block complex next to the San Juan Store. Chas. E. Holly contemplates a granite block four room cottage on his ranch. a large cistern will be built. Bob Powesen adds a 26 foot room to his south town house. M. C. Stevens to erect a winter four room granite block house. Frank Allen nears completion of a large kitchen for the Grand Hotel in brick. A blacksmith shop on Broadway and the D and RG depot nears completion signal a growing Farmington.
