Funeral services for Henry Schleuter of Farmington were held at the Presbyterian church after his death at Mercy hospital from complications of diseases. The service featured music by the Oliver quartet and was attended by Knights of Pythias and Fraternal Order of Eagles pallbearers. Schleuter, aged about 40, had lived in Colorado since 1883 and operated a Silverton Telluride business before purchasing a ranch near Farmington two years ago.
