Ditch Company Stockholders Meet in Town

Class Adoption At San Juan Camp Nine New Members
San Juan Camp Royal Neighbors adopted a class of nine new members last Friday night. The degree staff did splendid work for a large turnout. Initiated were Mesdames Mather Chambere Williams Bousman McRae Decker Goodding and Messrs Ball and Kingly. Three visitors from Aztec attended with Aztec camp officers. A fifth Friday joint social followed with families of Woodmen and Royal Neighbors enjoying a splendid time.

Working Big Force at Government Ditch Camp near Shiprock
E L Edwards superintendent of the Government ditch camp near Shiprock visited Farmington last week. He reported a very liberal appropriation for ditch work and that he is employing all available help. About fifty Indian teams and forty hand laborers are at work, and the camp will soon move opposite the Shiprock agency.
