Cecilia Zimmerman, eight, daughter of Mr and Mrs J W Zimmerman of Sabinal, was killed when she stepped onto the track as a southbound Serta passenger train passed. Her father, a train conductor, was aboard the same train. The incident occurred as she waved to him from the track.
