Cripple Draws Thirty Days in County Jail
Peter Shea, about 50, hobbling on crutches, appeared before Judge Ryan charged with drunkenness and vagrancy. He claimed frozen feet from Michigan City last March left him unable to work, with a running sore. False friend drains Fargo man of coat and cash
