El Paso June 30 The possibility of peace between the two dominant Mexican factions is discussed as Robles, war minister for provisional president Gutierrez, signals talks may begin by mid July. Felix Diaz remains at large and Diaz visit rumors persist. General Angeles of Villa’s forces seeks U S policy clarity while Huerta-Orozco arrests in El Paso are cited as restraining new revolution efforts. Marcelo Caraveo Alberto and Frank Alberté were arrested in connection with the Huerta plot.
