Nearly 50 Fargo merchants have signed up to display at the Merchants Pavilion with new sidewalks and decorative enhancements. Florists and the Commercial Club plan ornamental beds to bloom during the state and county fair, with florists taking a lead in demonstrations. H C Marsh of the Chicago Theatre Booking Co expects to arrive tonight to supervise tentage for a one ring circus as part of Interstate Fair activities and the Fourth of July finale.
