A north bound Great Western railway train, the Twin City and Chicago Special, derailed after crossing a bridge north of Gladbrook Iowa. One car jumped the track then four coaches overturned on the far side. Several were injured though none fatally. Injured include Mrs H A Drury of St Paul Mrs C P Roe of New Sharon Mrs W H Matthews and Co W Hughes both of Marshalltown Iowa.
