Stockyards in United States Ordered to Collateral License

Washington June 20. All stock yards in the United States were ordered by President Wilson to obtain collateral licenses. Licenses must be obtained from the food administration on or before July 25. Licensing also applies to commission men order buyers traders speculators and scalpers handling live cattle sheep swine or tin in any way connected with such trades unless exempted by the food and fuel law.
