New Bishop of Bismarck is welcomed in three day celebration
Bismarck North Dakota June 15 a three days celebration marks the installation of Bishop Wehrle of the new Bismarck diocese beginning with a monster parade at 530 this evening. The bishop arrives from Rich ardton on a special train and the parade will pass major streets. A banquet at 8 will honor visiting clergy with Judge Carmody as toastmaster and several local officials present. Installation takes place tomorrow morning and Catholic clubs meet Thursday and Friday. Special trains and bands are expected and over 2000 visitors are anticipated as the city decorates for the event. Archbishop Ireland arrived at 145 this afternoon with more guests expected.
