Bismarck North Dakota June 11 Judge Winchester of the local district court has called Judge Crawford from Dickin to aid in the case against Jimmie Myers charged with running a blind pig. Myers is arrested amid related cases involving Sheriff McGillis and deputies who are reportedly not to participate in court procedure. The county coroner will impanel the jury and other officers will be sworn in to maintain order in court.
