Cripple Creek Col June 10. District excitement subsides as mines resume with non union workers. Employers unite to exterminate unionism, demanding workers renounce or leave the district. No member of any union will be given employment in any form.
Denver June 10 The cost of strikes in Colorado during the past sixteen months is estimated at 23036000 with the state paying 636000 Cripple Creek June 16 Deportations are ordered eighty seven miners to be moved out of Feller County on a rail train General Bell orders all agitators away within forty eight hours
Cripple Creek notes a Citizens Alliance decree demanding all unionists sever ties or flee the region. The broadside, issued amid Denver attorney Tyson S. Dynes’s conference with alliance leaders, threatens forced union dissolution and predicts annihilation of unionism in the county.
June 10 St Petersburg reports belief that Port Arthur's squatters may flee if the fortress falls and join the VI vostock squadron, signaling a potential shift in fleet alignment and readiness for action.
A Washington cable reports the Japanese legation in Tokio stating General Kuroki is ready to advance with a detachment of troops. June 7 dispatch notes three Japanese killed and seven wounded, while the enemy suffered thirty-three killed and two officers and five men captured.

One was missing after leaving near Pelican River. authorities indicate a possible capture by Degarr and others involved in the search, with no confirmation yet of the thief’s identity or location.
Paris reports the French minister at Tangier forwarded terms from Mohammed Eli Torress, the sultan's representative, to Raisuli for the release of Perdicaris and Varley. Officials anticipate a successful outcome and say the journey will take a day or two.
Berne June 10 Russian Minister Jadovski was shot in the head in the street this afternoon. His assailant was arrested. He is believed to be a foreigner. Chicago June 16 Miss Mary Lutiger sues owners of the Iroquois Theatre and the city of Chicago alleging injuries from the theatre fire seeking $50,000. Beaver Pa June 20 Wim A Payne a black man convicted of murder was hanged in Beaver County jail yard. Jealousy led to killing. Payne shot Alfred Austen as he slept at his mistress's home. First Beaver County execution in 43 years.
A mother, terrified by a six story Stanton Street fire, hurled her four month old child from a third floor window to the ground where the infant died. Firemen rescued over twenty people as the blaze raged and the mother nearly jumped before restraint.
