Chicago June 8. Republicans adjourned at 1 31 p m to 4 o clock as the resolutions committee continues work on the platform. The convention spent two hours perfecting organization and listening to speeches. Depew and Borah addressed the session. a suffrage plank was debated with mixed votes in subcommittee before full committee action.
