In Philadelphia on December 23 Joseph Tate aged 25 was fatally stabbed by a sailor named John. Tate recently married to a 19 year old woman and found the pair out drinking with the sailor. A fight followed and Tate was stabbed. the sailor fled. Mrs. Tate remains in jail.
Paris dispatch reports the Moscow prefecture of police demolished by bomb blast. Several killed while the police chief, at the Kremlin, escaped unharmed.
Justice Gaynor of the New York supreme court handed down a decision in the case of James Mook and others against the Supreme Council of Royal Arcanum denying the council the right to raise rates or change assessments on members.
Miss Sadie Crance sues Charles E. Banfield in Waterloo Indiana for 10000 dollars claiming injuries from an incident while acting as his escort. The suit alleges Banfield paid Crance for companionship at the time of the incident.
