Fargo Credit Men Banquet Set For December 28
The Fargo Association of Credit Men decided at a noon meeting at the commercial club that the annual jobbers and credit men banquet will be held December 28 at Gardner hotel starting at 49 o'clock. About 200 attendees including jobbers, credit men, traveling salesmen and guests are expected with extensive preparations under way. Passenger train delayed after freight wreck near Christine
Passengers on the Milwaukee southbound train were delayed all night by a freight train wreck near Christine. Fourteen freight cars derailed tearing up track for hundreds of feet. Wrecker reached the scene from Montevideo around 3 a.m. Belated travelers in Moorhead and Fargo reported difficulty getting food this morning.

Judge Searle Dies in St. Cloud at 63
Moorhead mourns the loss of Juge D. B. Searle, longtime Seventh District judge of Minnesota. A Civil War veteran and former U.S. district attorney, he died at his St. Cloud home after a three year illness, with his death imminent for days. He had delivered a Declaration Day address in Long Prairie on May 29, 1906. He is survived by his wife.
