The Jefferson county Democrats convene a delegate convention in Fairfield Iowa at 11 AM September 19 1891 to nominate candidates for Representative Treasurer Sheriff County Superintendent Surveyor and one member Board of Supervisors. Representation is two delegates per township plus one per 25 votes over 15 cast for Cham berlain in १८९०. By order W G Spalding chairman. The McKinley bill will raise Iowa living costs by six to seven million dollars annually says the Chicago Tribune.
