Jefferson County Soldiers and Sailors Reunion in Fairfield
The third annual reunion of the Jefferson County Soldiers and Sailors Veteran Association met in Fairfield on Friday October 19 with park plans moved to the opera house due to cold weather. Officers were elected including Thos Bell as president and A W Jaques as secretary. The meeting covered deaths and removals since last year and adjourned with plans for next reunion in Fairfield during the district event.
