The grand jury adjourned after a lengthy session with bills requested against Estes and the negro. A bill was found against Robert Harrison the his wife son and three daughters for assault with intent to inflict great bodily harm on Joseph Frakes. Ed Rowley was indicted as one of Bowen's store robbers but no bill against Ailen Minter or Joseph Harrison for that burglary.
