On Wednesday November 13 1595 the Salina board approved abating taxes for T C Tuller and others while referring the Fairfield Law Library Association case to the county attorney. Abatements were ordered for Mrs James Batavia and Mrs E J Frush personal property as well as sidewalk tax and erroneous A L Stanford assessment. The auditor was instructed to issue warrants and Geo B Waltz quarter report showing 202.00 collected. Board adjourned to 8:30 tomorrow morning.
