On the 38th day of March 1923 the petition for discharge of John Edward Al lender was read in the District Court of the United States Southern District of Iowa Ottumwa division. The 7th day of April 1923 is fixed as the deadline for creditors and interested parties to file appearances opposing the discharge and within ten days to file grounds of opposition in Albia Iowa. Referee in Bankruptcy David W Bates presides from Albia Iowa. The remainder is local notices and social notices mention church Bible school, visits, and residents around Ottumwa and nearby towns.
