Uniontown June 13 James Nutt, son of A O Nutt, State Treasurer, shot and killed N L Dukes, the man convicted for the murder of his father but acquitted. Five shots fired. Dukes died on the post office steps. Nutt surrendered and is jailed. coroner's jury to hear the case. Dukes had written alleged letters to Lizzie Nutt.
