County Board Proceedings June 8 1898

The board met by adjournment with all members present. Minutes were read and approved. They examined the permanent school fund mortgage notes totaling 25658.33 and cash on hand 2385.00, making 27003.35. Reports on mortgages cancelled and loans to May 31 were approved. Moses Kiger reported on the poor farm for April and May, showing a balance, county cash and total expenditures. George R. Horn reported April May fees of 16.82 paid to the county treasurer. claims were examined and warrants ordered. Board adjourned to 9 am tomorrow.
