Thief Steals Passes From Illinois Central President
A young Davenport man Davis McDonough, twenty, allegedly stole nearly one hundred annual railroad passes from Mr. Wm Ackerman, president of the Illinois Central, in a Baltimore hotel. He was arrested in a Davenport post office while attempting mail fraud for renewal of passes. He is held on $1000 bail as authorities continue investigations.
