Pioneer William Rook Dies at 72 in Nebraska

William Rook a Jefferson county pioneer died at his Aurora Nebraska home January 27 aged 72 He lived in Jefferson county since the forties and spent years in Hamilton county He was a devout Christian and funeral services were held at his home by L H Humphreys pastor of the Aurora Christian church A Northeastern Legion of Honor council will meet in the city on Friday February 8 Deputy A P Hill of Des Moines will preside This order allows ladies and provides a reserve fund to cover aging costs and invites all eligible to join with the charter rate
