Case are notified that by January 1 1890 a petition will be on file in the Jefferson County District Court Iowa seeking ownership in fee of 100 acres in Jefferson County and that default will be entered if not appeared by February term A D 1890. Attorneys Jones and Fullen represent the plaintiff Thomas Gilbert.
