Cumberland Gift led the herd at 3500 dollars. Bulls fetched 335 to 510 dollars with Folker of Farmington acquiring one and Fenefac of Mateno obtaining another. Twenty six cattle to Henry county buyers. 88 head averaged 280 dollars with one or two more farm sales planned. The firm once paid 64000 dollars in wages in Henry county in 1920.

Robinson. The event features more than 10 000 ears of corn, a new 300000 dollar armory venue, and a corn yield contest with over 1000 silver trophies and a 1500 dollar cash premium. Officers include Fred McCulloch of Hartwick as president and P. C. Taff of Ames as treasurer, with sections across the state and exhibits from each college department, plus military implements from WWI. The banquet will be held on the college gym floor to honor winners.
More than 250 dollars was raised by the W A C from a bazaar and band concert held at the Armory Friday to aid Christmas relief for poor children. The event drew strong community support and featured a musical program.
