Iowa Democratic State Convention Preparations in Sioux City
The Iowa Democrats plan a September 18 convention in Sioux City at 9 50 A M to nominate a governor lieutenant governor supreme court judges superintendent of public instruction one railroad commissioner and conduct other business. Delegates are apportioned two per county plus one for each 300 votes and fraction of 100 cast for Grover Cleveland in 1888.
