Fairfield University freshman Clinton Chizinski was shot in the abdomen at a Westport party shortly after 3 a.m. A Staten Island man, Brian Mincieli, 22, allegedly brandished a 9 mm handgun and demanded wallets before others wrestled the weapon away. Mincieli faces multiple charges including assault with a deadly weapon and robbery. he was later treated for injuries and held for Norwalk Superior Court.
