Freedman Allows Exec Session for Board Evaluation
Fairfield Board of Education member Clifton Freedman revokes a June 1999 demand for public discussion of his performance. In a June 15 letter to Superintendent Carol Harrington he says rescinding allows evaluations to occur in executive session as standard practice. He had previously alleged private talks violated his rights and filed a FOI complaint, which the state commission dismissed.
