RTM approves new lease with Cingular
Fairfield approves a new three year lease with Cingular Wireless for equipment on Fire Station No. 5 on Congress Street. The town keeps the annual increase at three percent and maintains the lease at 36 182 dollars after negotiations reducing the initial offer. First Selectman Kenneth Flatto says the deal is a comparable lease and may lead to an extended agreement.
