Stone Ridge seeks end to age 55 plus restriction

Stone Ridge at Fairfield owners ask the Town Plan and Zoning Commission to lift the 55 and older clause citing a federal law violation. Attorney Charles Willinger said the complex would still attract mostly residents aged 55 plus and noted Wells Fargo uncovered the issue. The TPZ panel closed the hearing with no vote. a decision is due within 65 days.

Zoners Approve Starbucks Plan on Post Road Site
