An unconfirmed dispatch claims revolutionary insurgents have seized Berlin, burned the post office and City Hall. The report says major German cities are under control of revolutionaries or in upheaval, with authorities nearly paralysed.
Yanks occupy all of Sedan as Allies push on reach Liart railway junction and take Singly. Fifteen hundred prisoners reported. Haig secures three more towns.
