South Park Development Approved By City Council
South Park was accepted by the city council for sale with frontage sidewalks street grading water and sewer. Improvements are to be installed at once under city direction on Third Fourth and Fifth streets with four new cross streets south of Harrison street. The tract is near built up north of the area and in demand for immediate building with well drained lots and a terrace of six to thirty inches after grading.
