Knights of Pythias Pythian Sisters Independent Order of Odd Fellows and Rebekah lodges held a Sunday memorial service in Fairfield. A procession led by the Fairfield Band moved from the park to the First Methodist Episcopal church for program remarks and musical numbers. The address by Rev. Thomas Osborn titled in Memoriam honored deceased members as hundreds gathered at the cemetery for graveside rites.
