88th Division to Leave Camp Dodge Soon
Indications say the eighty eighth division stationed at Camp Dodge will be moved for overseas service within a short time. The move involves about 30 000 troops with exhaustive drills and a major inspection by inspector general officers to assess readiness. A new division will train at Camp Dodge after the 88th departs, likely from the same states supplying the current unit.
