Fairfield Iowa city council introduces a resolution to pave Maple Avenue East Adams Street and Highland Avenue with grading curbing guttering and paving. Assessments will be levied on half of adjacent private property within 300 feet. Hearing set for July 25 1919 at 7 30 pm at City Hall to hear objections and consider passage.
