Fairfield to get federal building under Kennedy bill
Congressman Kennedy introduces House Bill 17415 to authorize a federal building at Fairfield Iowa for the post office. A filing in the district court for the January term charges P. J. Pringle of Kimberley Idaho with seeking specific performance of a land sale contract. The suit targets Andrew and Mary Ryman over more than 200 acres in Jefferson and Keokuk counties near Packwood. Ryman, a Packwood leader and longtime Farmers Savings Bank president, allegedly refused to close a September 1909 buy sale at about 6718 dollars.
