St Paul steamship capsizes at pier in Atlantic Port
At Atlantic Port on April 26 the American liner St Paul overturned while being moored to a pier. Three men are missing and feared dead as volunteers entered the hull through holes, rescuing more than a dozen injured workers. The ship lies partially submerged amidships with plans to raise it early next week. The vessel, built in Philadelphia and costing 2.05 million dollars, normally employs about 260 crew.
