Irish authorities pursue killers through Kerry glens and rings

From Cork reports that on Friday 28th ult a combined cavalry and yeomanry party surrounded Glanfielk in county Kerry based on information about fugitive murderers of the late Col Lutuhinson. They traced traces and captured some companions but the murderers escaped after a 76 mile patrol. In Waterford nearby bandits halted the house of Mr Derasy near Ballyhooly, forcing entry with a sidde and seizing firearms while warning him not to keep arms. Several neighboring houses were likewise visited.
