Pierre Sept 30 The second installment of the 1930 state income tax is due by midnight tonight. Tax director J H Bottum warns that delinquent payments incur 5 percent penalty but not less than $1, with an additional monthly penalty for each month of delinquency. Taxes due are from higher income brackets. only those owing $10 or more could pay in installments. The total expected from income tax is about $500,000, while the second installment may reach only $150,000.
